Sonika Pilli is the founder of MedTeens,
an initiative helping teens take early action and receive mentorship as they prepare for careers in healthcare. She is also the founder and organizer of MEDCON, a conference that connects aspiring medical students with professionals across the healthcare field.
Sonika is an IB Diploma candidate and a senior at Seneca Valley High School in Maryland, U.S.A. An accomplished Kuchipudi exponent for 14 years, she has performed nationally and internationally on notable stages such as Carnegie Hall in New York, Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and Ram Janmabhoomi Ayodhya in India. She also holds a Guinness World Record Participant for long text memorizer, Publication on Artificial Intelligence in the Prediction of Orthodontic Treatment.
Sonika recently gave a TEDx Talk on sustainability and the impact of healthcare on climate change, reflecting her dedication to using both her art and MedTeens to inform, inspire, and motivate teens to create meaningful change.

MEDCON 2025 was a conference which inspired and empowered the next generation of healthcare leaders. Rooted in purpose and progress, the event brought together aspiring medical professionals and established experts to foster meaningful connections, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
Through interactive sessions, hands-on experiences, and open dialogue, MEDCON 2025 encouraged participants to explore diverse career paths in medicine while gaining real-world insights into the evolving healthcare landscape. More than just a conference, it became a movement that transformed curiosity into commitment—helping young minds turn aspirations into impactful action.
Active Partcipant in Seneca Valley Junior Varsity Basketball team and One of the Captain in Junior varsity Team. The Seneca Valley Junior Varsity Basketball team had an exciting and competitive season, showing tremendous growth and teamwork throughout the year. Under the guidance of the coaching staff, the players improved their skills, communication, and game strategies. Each player contributed to the team’s success, demonstrating dedication during practices and determination in every game. The season was filled with close matchups, memorable wins, and lessons that will carry forward to the varsity level. The team’s hard work, energy, and sportsmanship truly represented Seneca Valley pride.
Sonika Pilli holds a diverse range of certifications and recognitions, including: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Certificate, SAMPADA Kuchipudi Course Completion Certificate, President’s Education Award, Guinness World Records Official Participant, Congress Member Award, and Governor’s Citation. She has also been honored with the title of Natiya Soma Devi for her accomplishments in classical dance.
Sonika Pilli has a notable publication in the field of healthcare titled “Artificial Intelligence in the Prediction of Orthodontic Treatment Outcomes: A Comprehensive Systematic Review and Literature Analysis,” under the prestigious journals IJIRT and IRE, which highlights the transformative potential of AI in modern orthodontics. This authoritative review systematically examines the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing diagnostic accuracy, optimizing treatment planning, and advancing personalized patient care.
